Society and Development
It aggregates research that focuses on human formation, seeking to understand its relations with socio-cultural processes, institutions, the proposition of public policies and the production and occupation of space. The lines of research aim, from the perspective of different areas of knowledge, to encompass the intra and intersubjective processes of human formation, related to the constitution and dynamics of subjects and social groups. Society and Development, therefore, are understood as dimensions of human formation, related to living conditions and the possibilities of choosing subjects and groups, considering the systemic interdependence in the relations between society and nature, the overlapping between the global and local dimensions, the citizenship and participation processes of people and communities.
